Veronika Varga

My name is Veronika Varga, aka Warga. 

I am originally from Hungary, am 42 years old, live in Grua and work in Nittedal.
 

In the art of painting, I find inspiration in colors, light, emotions and structures. 

My style is constructive modern paint.
I work mostly with acrylic, but I have always enjoyed experimenting with other types of paints and paint styles. My lines are technique based and I want them to be unique.

As a spontaneous person, I just paint it  I like. I paint places I have visited or places I long to travel to, when inspiration comes.
I believe that visual impressions have a strong impact on us and the same image can have different meanings for different people.

I really like Cubism and the art of Lyonel Feininger (American painter 1871 - 1956) and Tivadar Csontvary Kosztka (Hungarian painter 1853 - 1919) which touches me and inspires me the most.
